Zero Customer PII Commitment
CartSentry does not collect, record, or store any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of your actual store shoppers. Our automated workers execute synthetic browser sweeps on your live public storefront without touching real customer data or processing real transactions.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Your email address and store URLs provided when setting up an audit or alert subscription.
- Monitoring Telemetry: Checkout load latencies, HTTP response codes, and failure screenshots captured during synthetic sweeps.
- Payment Data: All financial transactions are handled directly by Lemon Squeezy. CartSentry does not store your credit card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To execute automated synthetic tests on your specified checkout flows.
- To deliver immediate downtime or latency alerts via Email (Resend), Slack, or WhatsApp.
- To provide customer support and service updates.
We will never sell or monetize your store data or contact information.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We work with trusted infrastructure providers to deliver our service:
- Lemon Squeezy: Payment processing and Merchant of Record.
- Supabase: Secure, encrypted database and storage for telemetry and failure screenshots.
- Resend: Transactional and alert email delivery.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
Diagnostic failure screenshots and step-by-step latency records are kept for 30 days to facilitate debugging, after which they are automatically purged. You can request complete deletion of your account, store URLs, and historical telemetry at any time.
